Статья посвящена выявлению и классификации ошибок, допускаемых нейросетевой моделью ГигаЧат при переводе законодательных актов с русского языка на язык саха. В эксперименте использованы переводы Конституции Республики Саха (Якутия) и пяти законопроектов, внесенных в Государственное Собрание (Ил Тумэн) Республики Саха (Якутия), общим объемом свыше 200000 знаков. Для сопоставления с экспериментальным переводом нейросетевой модели ГигаЧат в качестве эталонных были использованы официальные переводы Конституции РС (Я) (1993 г.) и указанных законопроектов (2025-2026 гг.). В ходе эксперимента разработана классификация ошибок, включающая: 1) лексические ошибки – неверный выбор эквивалента (нарушение унификации терминов, использование русизмов при наличии эквивалента на языке саха); использование в переводе слов, искажающих содержание исходного текста, нарушающих нормы переводящего языка; использование слов, не соответствующих официально-деловому стилю языка саха; 2) грамматические ошибки – морфологические (ошибки в употреблении падежных, притяжательных аффиксов, аффиксов числа и залога) и синтаксические (нарушение порядка слов, неверная структура предложения, пропуск глагола-связки); случаи, не учитывающие особенностей морфологии и синтаксиса официально-делового стиля; 3) орфографические и пунктуационные ошибки – нарушение правил орфографии и пунктуации языка саха; 4) ошибки в оформлении документа – нарушение требований к оформлению документа. Наиболее частотными являются грамматические ошибки, значительно реже, но регулярно встречаются лексические ошибки, затем – орфографические и пунктуационные ошибки, а также ошибки оформления документа. Практическим результатом исследования стали методические рекомендации по предупреждению выявленных ошибок, которые могут быть использованы лингвистами и программистами для улучшения работы нейросетевой модели ГигаЧат в рамках ее очередного обновления. Рекомендации структурированы по языковым уровням. Дополнительно приводятся основные требования к переводу официально-делового текста на язык саха и перечень обоснованных материалов для пополнения базы ГигаЧат.
The article identifies and classifies the errors made by the GigaChat neural network model when translating legislative acts from Russian into the Sakha language. The experiment uses translations of the Sakha Republic Constitution and five bills introduced to the State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Sakha Republic, with a total volume of more than 200,000 signs. The official translations of the Sakha Republic Constitution (1993) and the bills (2025-2026) were used as a reference for comparison with the experimental translation of the GigaChat neural network model. During the experiment, a classification of errors was developed: 1) lexical errors – incorrect choice of equivalent words (violations in standardization of terminology, using Russianisms instead of equivalent words of the Sakha language); using words that distort the content of the source text and violate the norms of the target language; using words that do not correspond to the official business style of the Sakha language; 2) grammatical errors – morphological (errors in the usage of case, possessive, number, and voice affixes) and syntax (violation of word order, incorrect sentence structure, omission of a copular verb); instances of not taking into account the particularities of morphology and syntax of the official business style; 3) spelling and punctuation errors – violation of the spelling and punctuation rules of the Sakha language; 4) errors in document formatting – violation of document formatting requirements. The most common errors are grammatical ones. Lexical errors are encountered much less frequently, but regularly. Then spelling and punctuation errors, as well as document formatting errors. The practical results of the research are methodological recommendations for preventing the identified errors, which can be used by linguists and programmers to improve the performance of the GigaChat neural network model in its next update. The recommendations are structured by language level. The basic requirements for translating official business texts into the Sakha language and a list of recommended materials for adding to the GigaChat database are also included.
